"Advertising is based on one thing, happiness. And you know what happiness is? Happiness is the smell of a new car. It's freedom from fear. It's a billboard on the side of the road that screams reassurance that whatever you are doing is okay. You are okay." -Don Draper
The new season of Mad Men is making me appreciate great advertising once again and the SONY BRAVIA bouncy balls commercial remains one of the most amazing works of advertising in recent memory. It's simply based on the premise of what Don Draper talks about above how advertising is based on happiness, with the addition of magic in this case.

I still feel just as amazed by this ad as I did when it first aired - capitalism ftw. XD
The latest good commercial I've seen is the old spice ad - have you seen it?
Yeah, it's mesmerizing to watch the bouncy balls to the music of Jose. =)
No, I haven't seen the old spice ad? Wanna share it with me, Share-Bee? <3
Hmf! I'm not a share-bee! >_<
It's a good commercial, though not at the level of brilliance of the sony ad.
Yeah, it was a funny commercial. I like it! =D
Definitely a share-bee! <3
